1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speco AI platform at specoai.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Speco ("Speco", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Speco lets you build, train, evaluate, and deploy AI specialists, and connect them to channels such as WhatsApp via third-party APIs. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the policies of any third-party platforms you connect (including, where applicable, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platform Terms).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, scams, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or any content prohibited by the platforms we integrate with.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the instructions you give to AI specialists, and the messages those specialists send on your behalf.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses large language models and other AI systems to generate responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise inappropriate, and must not be relied upon as professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or safety advice). You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it or forwarding it to end users. Speco does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any renewals to your payment method until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods. You can cancel at any time, and access will continue through the end of the current paid period.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI and other model providers, Meta (WhatsApp), Google, GitHub, Vercel, and PostHog. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and Speco is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Speco a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Speco and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, models we provide, trademarks, and documentation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Speco will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Speco in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for Speco, or if required to comply with third-party platform requirements or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
